The traditional CV is a snapshot in time — manually updated, quickly outdated, and impossible to verify. planCoo introduces the Live CV: a professional profile that builds itself automatically from your actual project participation.

How the Live CV Works

When you join a planCoo project, your membership and role details can appear as a project-linked entry in your Live CV. The entry includes:

• Project name and description — what the project was about
• Your role — what you contributed and in what capacity
• Organisation — the company or university the project was with
• Timeline — when you were involved, automatically tracked
• Collaborators — who you worked with across organisations

No need to re-enter project participation as a separate CV item. As membership and role information is recorded in planCoo, your profile can reflect it automatically.

Built From Project Participation

Live CV entries are based on project membership and role information recorded in planCoo, rather than separate CV entries that each person has to add manually. This gives employers and partners project-linked context about where you participated and which role is listed for you.

This can be especially useful for students working on Erasmus+ projects, thesis collaborations, or internship-adjacent work — experience that can be hard to summarize in a traditional CV. A Live CV makes project membership, roles, and timelines easier to present alongside the project's other records.

Who Benefits Most

What the university sees

Live CV is the student’s project participation profile. It is not the school’s status report. Administration sees progress through the university hub: faculties, classes, and student groups mapped on the org chart, plus AI portfolio summaries generated for a unit or for the whole hub.
